It's morning now. I've actually lost all track of time and thought it's one more hour until sunrise. That or I completely forgot that sunrise right now starts at about 6 in the morning.

I guess it doesn't matter.

It just feels like the entire world is frozen in the still cold air. Caught at the moment where nothing moves except the rising of the sun. I've seen many sunrises in the course of my life but not that where everything is so…quiet in the face of its own environment. Even the sunrises back home are often marred by the holler of vehicles as people head to work each morning.

But here…it's just…quiet.

Nothing but the birds chirping and…more birds chirping.

I think I'll savour the sun rise just a few more moments.

God help me, I think I'm beginning to enjoy country life.
