I Don’t Like What I Don’t Like

I don't like days when everything goes wrong. I don't like keeping it all in because I don't like lashing out at strangers and the ones I care for. I don't like how I'm being calm writing this because I can't break down here. I don't like the pain caused by the migraines, the tight chest and the clenching stomach. I don't like being all alone working through problems that keep piling up hour after hour completely out of my control. I don't like the fact this year has just begun with me struggling to keep it all together because I'm am a professional.

Then again, I guess neither does anyone else. Maybe that should I should like that instead.

Chill bro, life is too short to be spent on negatives. Ditch the mouse, go out, sit under the open sky, read a book, do something kind. You’ll feel better.

I vacuum my house and clean the kitchen whenever I am over-stressed. While I doubt that same activity works for everyone, it sure works for me. Hope life brightens up, so long as there is food on the table and a roof over my head I’m satisfied. Nice saying there, bunnyrose.

As Frou Frou/Imogen Heap once said, “There’s beauty in the breakdown.”
