Swamped On WordPress

This has got to be one of the busiest weeks of my life. Never ever in my life have I had so many things to do in so little time with what I have with me. Going back to what I wrote a few days ago, needless to say, it’s just been extremely tiring of late.

But why shouldn’t it anyway? I’ve been trying hard to at be good at something and I think I found what it is, chipping out on this end of the blogosphere with people who need WordPress. Some of you have thanked me for actually helping out in making your blog a physical reality, when it should be me thanking all of you for putting your trust in me to help make your blog a reality.

It’s not that I don’t like being busy and I don’t mind being really tired after all of this is done. When I think about it, it’s win-win situation really. When it boils down to the person I am, doing all these things on the free time that I have makes me feel more or less…needed. Of course there is one problem with this whole situation.

There is only 24 hours in a day and I need at least 4 hours of sleep from it.

So to make things a little easier on all of us, I’ve decided to put a task right here on sidebar. It tells all of us exactly what’s next on the list of things I need to work on. It wouldn’t include special projects or anything, but I don’t know, at least you would know when I can actually get back to you and I would know exactly what I else I have next to do anyway. That way we all win.

The plus side is, if the system works…you don’t exactly have to message me when I’m not around to see it anyway. You can just leave a ticket or something on my blog and I’ll get back to working on you…with you.

Of course what would mean finding a plugin that can meet the requirements I want and then tweaking my blog to make the plugin work for my layout which would mean that this little task would be the first priority. Then again, it shouldn’t be so hard considering I’m now on spring break starting from today. I think it’s a good idea and it helps me help you.

Now where did they put that plugin?

  1. i know there are ticket system stuff, but tickets as in plugin for WP?

ooo.cant they just use the contact form? can put a to-do list on the sidebar. can use countdown for to-do list.

btw if its about installation of wp,i can help out.modify etc i cant.akeke.

  2. It could be a little simple and streamlined. Another aside or even a microwiki for WordPress tech support. You wanted me to start a blog on WordPress anyway right? Well, it’s not exactl a blog but, yeah…it can work.
